DESCRIPTION:This 2-hour creative workshop is designed to help participants tap into the body as an instrument and source of wisdom\, laying the foundation for authentic collaboration. We begin with grounding practices: breathwork and gentle movement to awaken embodied awareness. Participants will engage in collective sharing\, visioning and the creation of poetry and sound.
