And this year\, the ever-popular event is celebrating its 25th Anniversary! \nThe action-packed day begins with over 450 Variety kids and their families boarding boats docked at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club and heading out into False Creek for a one-of-a-kind pirate adventure. Boat for Hope is about more than just a day in the sun. It’s about letting kids be kids and bringing big smiles to their faces\, many of whom may have never been out on the water or even on a boat before.
