    1) Contest Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on [November 28, 2024, 12 PM PST] and ending [December 2, 2024, 5 PM PST]. All online entries must be received by [December 2, 2024, 5 PM PST] (the \u00ab\u00a0Contest Closing Date\u00a0\u00bb)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    2) How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    To enter the Contest, you must have a valid Instagram profile.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Enter on Instagram by following the instructions of the Granville Island competition post [x<\/a>]. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. By entering you agree to the Contest rules. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of CMHC-Granville Island.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    3) Eligibility: The Contest is open to residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside as of the Contest Closing Date.<\/span> The Contest is open only to those who fulfill all Contest requirements<\/span>. <\/span>The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of CMHC-Granville Island, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the \u201cEmployees\u201d), and immediate family members and\/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    4) POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION: A random draw of a potential winner (the \u00ab\u00a0Potential Winner\u00a0\u00bb) and, at CMHC-Granville Island\u2019s discretion, an alternate Potential Winner, will be made on [December 2 2024, at 5 PM PST] at Vancouver, Canada from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. Before being declared the winner of the Contest, the selected Potential Winner of a Prize must be able to prove that they have fulfilled all competition requirements, as required (e.g. if the Potential Winner has a private Instagram account). The selected Potential Winner will be notified by direct personal Instagram message no later than [December 3, 2024 at 12 PM PST]. If the Potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not acknowledge contact within 24 hours after [December 3, 2024 at 12 PM PST] at CMHC-Granville Island\u2019s discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate Potential Winner, if one was drawn, or not at all. To claim the prize, the winner must come to the Granville Island Administration Office located on Granville Island at 1661 Duranleau St, 2<\/span>nd<\/span> Floor, Vancouver, BC, on Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, between the hours of 10 am \u2013 4 pm to have the tickets transferred to their email. An alternate Potential Winner will be notified by direct Instagram message no later than [December 4, 2024 at 12 PM PST]. If the alternate Potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not acknowledge contact within 24 hours after [December 4, 2024 at 12 PM PST], then the prize will not be awarded.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    57) Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless CMHC-Granville Island and its members, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Contest and\/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
